I visited the store today at Scottsdale Rd and Shea Blvd. The young woman working there named Savanah was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me and was gracious and professional while answering my questions. This is certainly a reflection of who she is, and also a reflection of great management and training. "Well done, Savanah and My Pet Market" (My apologies if I didn't spell her name correctly.)

The staff is so friendly here and really care about animals well being, I believe his name was Rick (sorry if I’m wrong) but he was so knowledgeable about small dogs and gave me some samples for my specific needs. PetSmart could never provide such kind customer service. I come here every time I’m in town.

He was TREMENDOUSLY helpful in selecting products and toys for my new puppy.
